Stefan Popescu holds a Ph.D. in international relations at Sorbonne University, he was Secretary of State to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania. Assoc. Professor to the National University of Political Sciences and Administration in Bucharest, since 2018 January he is deputy director for public and regulatory affairs of Engie Romania.
