Sohan Dasgupta

Sohan Dasgupta, JD, PhD, is Senior Counsel at Schaerr | Jaffe LLP. Dr. Dasgupta practices litigation; investigations; regulatory and compliance matters; and international disputes. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of the United States and elsewhere in the judiciary; and before the agencies and Congress. Sohan Dasgupta served as the Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He also served as Special Counsel of the United States Department of Education (ED). In government, Sohan Dasgupta played a prominent leadership role in numerous consequential matters involving national security, intelligence, domestic policy, and international affairs.
